Research & Development Division works on the development of automotive system appliances and mechatronics products and on the research of element technologies, utilizing wide variety of U-shin’s expertise over mechanical, electrical and electronic fields. Safety, reliability, convenience, eco-friendliness, and comfort of automobiles are the basic concerns of ours.

We can propose these new products and technologies to customers, in a timely manner, through our research and development centers spread over the world; the major one is located in Hiroshima, Japan while others are in Germany, France, Italy, China, India, Brazil, and Slovakia.

Quality Assurance Division manages the quality of U-Shin products by carrying out thorough process management that enriches the product quality at each process stage with technological capabilities and teamwork under a globally established Quality Assurance System.

･QA Division carries out thorough quality control by the test analyses such as performance evaluation tests, fundamental tests, environment tests, endurance tests, combined tests, and EMC tests.

We work in development of construction methods, manufacturing process flows and production equipments which are principles of Manufacturing.

Besides we hand on U-shin's core technology of manufacturing to the world as Mother factory of overseas production plants.
Through component production - such as injection molding, stamping, die-casting, second processing, assembly to inspection, we would achieve development and accumulation of technology on all the process of manufacturing.
